Chevron Cars under new ownership and Smart announces a special edition Fortwo
Chevron Cars limited, the race-car company responsible for the Chevron GT cars, has been purchased by businessman and GT Cup racer David Witt. The company will relocate to newly equipped workshops in Crewe.
Smart has launched a new special edition of its Fortwo model, called Cityflame. Finished in a choice of bright yellow or black, with a similarly styled interior, it is available in both coupé and cabriolet body styles. Equipped as standard with a panoramic sunroof and automatic gearbox, the Cityflame goes on sale in Europe in April, priced from €14,490 (about £10,900).
