New Koenigsegg One:1 renders leaked New limited-edition Swedish hypercar could have 1400bhp and command a £1.3m price tag

Renderings have been leaked on to an internet forum, reputedly showing off the new Koenigsegg Agera One:1.

Previously, only a scanned brochure shot of the new Agera had been seen. It's thought that the One:1 will be part of a limited run of just five cars, destined for the Chinese market.

The One:1 moniker is rumoured to refer to the car's power-to-weight ratio, suggesting its engine will generate 1bhp for every 1kg of weight.

The standard Koenigsegg Agera has a kerb weight of 1435kg. Its twin-turbo 5.0-litre quad-cam V8 generates 947bhp and 811lb ft, allowing for 0-62mph in just 3.0sec.

With weight-saving carbonfibre wheels visible in the renders, it's likely that the Agera One:1 will have an output of around 1400bhp. It's also thought that myriad aerodynamic revisions have been carried out, improving downforce and stability.

Standard equipment is likely to include climate control, tyre pressure monitoring, a g-force sensor, a hydraulic lifting system for speed bumps, carbon ceramic brakes, an electronic locking differential and a single-clutch seven-speed paddle-shifted transmission.

No pricing has been announced for the new Koenigsegg Agera One:1. With the standard model costing approximately £1m, however, it's expected that the One:1 will command a price of around £1.3m.
